We at Springfield Township were in need of constructing a new shelter building for our community park. The citizens of Springfield Township were very fortunate to have Utopia Construction Inc. awarded the bid and contract. As Public Service Director, and project manager, I knew from the very first pre-construction meeting that hiring Utopia was going to be a good fit for what we were looking for.
Pradeep presented himself and his company with accurate knowledge and professionalism. My feeling of security never wavered throughout the entire process. From the first meeting, to the last inspection, Pradeep was very active, rarely missing a day on the job.
As an owner, Pradeep's persistence to meet deadlines, and customer service without compromising quality was very comforting.

"Thanks to Utopia Construction, the Springfield Soccer Association has a beautiful building to call home.
Our organization serves over 600 families each soccer season and we were in dire need of a building to operate out of and store our equipment.
Being a non-profit organization, we could not afford the construction costs associated with a new building. That is where Utopia Construction stepped in. They had just finished construction on a beautiful new shelter house at Community Homecoming Park. An old garage was going to be torn down after the new shelter house was finished, so Springfield Soccer Association asked Utopia Construction for an estimate to remodel the garage to match the new shelter house instead.
Pradeep asked about our organization, took the time to learn about how we served the community, and asked about our budget for the renovations. We were shocked when Pradeep came to us and said he would accept our budgeted amount to complete the remodeling project, and Utopia would donate the balance in order to help us continue to serve the families of our community.
We were even more amazed when the building was finished. Utopia went above and beyond on our building. We have already had several compliments from the parents and coaches in our organization. The new building is going to allow us to grow and serve more families in Northwest Ohio.

I would personally as well as professionally like to thank Utopia Construction, Inc. for completing the project on the Maumee river Tenderhouse in such a fast and superior manner. We have worked with many contractors over our 16 years in business and we were amazed at the superior performance of such difficult project.
This project was an emergency and needed to be completed as soon as possible. Utopia Construction's crew worked tirelessly and finished before deadline. Your work was excellent and the supervision that you personally handled was more than I expected.

I have had the privilege of closely working with Mr. Pradeep Vij of Utopia Construction, Inc. for the construction project at The Hindu Temple and Heritage Hall on King Road in Sylvania, Ohio, while I was chairman of the Building Committee. He finished the project before the deadline and under budget; workmanship by his team was superb and exceeding all of our expectations. The building addition of approximately 3000 sq feet is a masterpiece.
Previously, he has worked on another project for the temple, including building of a beautiful 2-story home on the premises. Presently, he is overseeing the project of installing a metal roof on the temple. Additionally, I was impressed when I saw an upscale house he was building in Ottawa Hills a couple years ago. We can attest to the quality work.
I would recommend him for any type of building construction project. He takes a keen personal interest with good work ethics and a genuine respect for the clients.
